NatWest Online Banking Activation
Activation Process
To activate NatWest Online Banking, you will need your customer number and activation code. You can access the activation page here. Once you have entered your information, you will be able to create a User ID and password.
Log In Options
After activating your account, you can log in using either your customer number or card number. You will also need to enter your User ID and password.
Activation Code Delivery
If NatWest has your mobile phone number on file, you will receive an activation code via text message. If they do not have your mobile number, they will need to send you an activation code by mail.
